Ogni componente dell’esame scritto è valutata in trentesimi (Cloze test e Listening test + Reading & Writing 1 + Reading & Writing 2).
The final examination consists of both a written and an oral test.

Each part of the written examination is given a grade on a 30-point scale (Cloze test and Listening test + Reading & Writing 1 + Reading & Writing 2).
The oral test is a discussion of two newspaper or magazine articles covering business/economic topics chosen by the students, according to the guidelines available on Moodle. Moreover, students are asked a question concerning the topics of the syllabus. The oral examination is given a grade on a 30-point scale The final grade is the average of the results obtained in the written and oral examinations.
Students must pass the written examination (minimum grade 18/30) to be admitted to the oral examination. The oral examination is held a week after the written examination.
On the day of the written exam, in order to be admitted to the examination, students must show a valid ID and hand in the oral exam form (to be downloaded from Moodle and filled out with the details of the two articles selected for the oral examination).
